So I give you 7 examples of some places to live that could be fun, exciting, dangerous, or maybe just plain awful.

Hair. Some people have it, some people don’t but great hair and the way it is presented is part of cinematic history. So we decided to bring to you a Top 7 Tuesday classic: Best Hair(cuts). Next week is already chosen but the rest of October will be Halloween and Horror themed so you will want to watch out for those. As always keep spreading the news, giving us feedback and feel free to make your own lists in the comments. We like comments. Its how I pay the writers. Continue Reading…
No matter how much we love the characters we see on TV, or in our favorite films, we may not always realize that sometimes their haircut, or hairstyle can define them as a character. Sure the same can be said about a voice, a piece of clothing, or even a ride. But more often than not a good, or bad haircut can make or break how great or terrible an on screen hero, or villain really is. So this list is not only to spotlight a cool haircut, or an awful style choice. Its a list of characters that have become to all of us an image that is greatly defined by their haircuts!
Ro-Revus was a character on South Carolina Public Television’s The June Bugg Show. In today’s Sunday Shorts pick, he talks about not using the out of doors as a bathroom and why the 5 second rule doesn’t make sense. Oh. He also talks about worms. It may seem funny or strange now, but back then it would’ve been an important health PSA for rural areas. One of my favorite orphaned works, a large bulk of which are made up of similar educational titles, I wanted to share it with you, our readers. Just remember to use your privy or bathroom.
I like food, and I like Movies. Do I like food in movies? I know I’ve gotten hungry watching movies with restaurant scenes, and other times some food moments in a film have managed to take away any appetite I may have had. However that still doesn’t answer the question of weather or not I actually like food scenes in movies. Clearly it must look like I do if I’m sitting here compiling a list of my top 7 Greatest Food Moments in Film. To be honest before now I’ve never really thought of the concept of “Great food moments” before, low and behold as I dug through the databank of the film watching part of my brain I realized, WOW, there really have been some great food moments. Here they are…
Every week (usually because we are super busy in our nonexistent cineAWESOME! offices) we rack our brains trying to come up with a Top 7 Tuesday topic to deliver to you, our loyal readers. I was obviously hungry when I came up with this. The Top 7 Food Moments (aka greatest food moments in film). Food has played a part in cinema since the beginning, and often some of the most memorable moments come from when characters just dig in to whatever is in front of their face. Even if it may not be so appetizing to the audience. Without further ado here are my choices. Continue Reading…
What are ya feeling tonight? Mexican? Chinese? Indian? A good old fashioned, grill charred Hamburger? How ‘bout fruits and vegetables Mickey Rourked over Kim Bassinger’s naked body? No? Well, here are a few other menu choices cinema has to offer.
So due to being very busy I missed yesterday’s Top 7 Tuesday. The good thing is I’m the boss so I can make my own rules. Also Brad picked such a good topic I couldn’t let it blow by me in the left lane. So here I am a day late and a dollar (or four per gallon…) short. Cinematic history is filled to the brim with crazy cars and vehicles, see my list below for some of my favorites. Continue Reading…
As a female, I’ve never really paid too much attention to cars and car chases in films. While my list may not be as “in-depth” or anywhere near as knowledgeable as some of the other male writers in this blog, here is a female’s version of the Top 7 Gas Guzzler films, or the “female friendly version,” as I like to call it.
